Lucy – Customer Service Team Leader


I joined First Home Improvements in 2019 as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice in the Conservatory Department.

After completing my apprenticeship and achieving a distinction, I was offered a permanent position in the Installations Department.

In September 2022, there was a vacancy to join the Customer Contact Centre as a Trainee Team Leader. I decided it was my time to develop my skills and experience, so I applied. I was ecstatic as my application was successful! Since joining the team, I have now become a fully trained Customer Service Team Leader and manage a small team. In June 2024, I was offered the opportunity to further develop myself and was enrolled on a fully funded Leadership and Management qualification. I hope to stay with the company for many more years to come and to further my development and training over the oncoming years!
