CSCS Accredited Roofline Installers

Main Purpose of Role

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking to recruit experienced self-employed Roofline & Cladding Installers to join our expanding New Build Commercial installation team.

We specialise in delivering high-quality external envelope installations for leading national and regional housebuilders across new build residential developments. Due to an increasing workload, we’re seeking skilled, reliable installers who take pride in their work and are looking to build a long-term working relationship with a successful and growing business.

MAIN DUTIES

You will be responsible for installing roofline and external cladding systems on new build housing developments, ensuring every installation meets manufacturer specifications, current Building Regulations and site quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing fascia boards, soffits and bargeboards.
• Installing guttering, downpipes and rainwater systems.
• Installing external cladding systems and associated trims.
• Measuring, cutting and fitting materials accurately.
• Ensuring all installations are secure, weatherproof and finished to a high standard.
• Checking materials before installation and reporting any defects.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Working closely with Site Managers and our Contracts Team.
• Completing installation and quality documentation where required.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

• Experience working with uPVC and composite roofline systems.
• Experience installing a range of external cladding products.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and current Building Regulations.
• SSSTS, IPAF or PASMA qualifications.
• Ability to work as part of a two-person installation team.

Essential Knowledge & Skill

• Valid *CSCS Card* (essential).
• Proven experience installing roofline systems and/or external cladding on new build housing developments.
• Registered as self-employed with a UTR number.
• Own professional installation tools.
• Public Liability Insurance.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
